Many major casinos were closed (Stratosphere Tower & Eiffel tower).
All the major malls closed.
Government workers at the Test site (& Yucaa Mtn.) sent home.
Hoover Dam Closed.
All this week there have been lots of red flag flight’s over Nellis Air force base but today almost none and on a heightened alert (traffic around the base was bad). I’m sure McCarren airport was not a fun place to be either.

Throughout the whole day all the people I saw were listening to their radio with a look of sadness or seriousness. I read meters and it was like something was in the air making this day like no other.
I will know dozens of families who will have lost loved ones. At this time, all of my friends are not accounted for. Hopefully, they spent the night in Manhatten, as it was very difficult to get out of the city yesterday.
