We need more information. Do you get any beeps, errors? What are your specs?

First check the power supply, your switch might have been bumped off. Then check the motherboard and make sure that the pins for the front panel have been properly connected. Then check the case power switch itself to make sure it hasn't been damaged.

Its most likely that your motherboard front panel pins have come loose. You will need the motherboard users manual so make sure these are connected properly.
