I just went to NVIDIA's Websight and downloaded a PDF document that contains marketing hoopla for the GeForce 3. Under operating systems supported, Windows ME is not listed.
Can anybody confirm this. Thanks

Is windows ME a real operating system? I'm sure it is a step in microsofts plan to make every one upgrade to Windows XP. When it is released they will look back and say look at Windows ME, look how crap the 9x based core is. While Win98se is pretty good. Its way better than WinME.

I agree, but for the people who currently use Win ME, where does this leave them if they plan on buying the GF3 card. Will the have to go back to Win98SE? WinXP still has a while before it's release date.

switching from ME to 98se is more like a move forwards. trust me. The Hardware vendors know it!
