Greetings! I am looking to buy a gaming laptop and my budget is around $1200, preferably under. What is the best laptop I can get within my price range?

It must have:
- A Dedicated Graphics Card
- At least 4 GB Ram
- Windows 7 or 8 64
- At least a 15" screen
- At least 500 GB HDD
- A quality brand, ex: Asus, MSI
- Good reviews for the laptop
- Good cooling
