I am running on a SBS2003 domain using ISA and a DSL connection.
I have a client running on a SBS2K domain using ISA and a DSL connection.

I am trying to setup so that i can provide remote assistance to any
workstation on the clients network as required to avoid onsite visits to fix
small issues which could be done remotely.

I am able to connect to the client network using a VPN but cannot get the
remote assistance feature to work. I have enabled all the settings and i've
followed all the articles and still no luck.

Port 3389 is enabled on the clients DSL router and i'm able to use Term
Services which goes through 3389 without issue. Just not remote assist.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Belinda
