PcDepot Computers in Jacksonville Florida

Ok...first of all...they suck. They will do anything to blame things on you to cover their back on their warranties. I picked up my computer there one night at closing after I gave them 2 weeks to complete the task and when I brought it home there was no D: recognized. So I took it back to them the next day and they told me that I did it by putting spyware on it. So I payed them $20 for their tech's time and one of the techs was telling me about spyware and they wanted to charge me for "tutoring"....now what kinda crap is that! So I left promising I would never return no matter what the warranty covered and I would do all the work myself. So I bought a second hard drive...peeled their little void label off the back...and pulled the side off my case. Only to notice...it had massive over spray from when they spray painted my new case to make it black...considering I picked out a black case and I could see silver spray streaks in it. Not to mention...I have a silver front panel...hmmm that should have thrown it out there for me but I just wanted to get it home and start checking out the new computer. So if anyone is ever in Jacksonville Florida and they so happened to see this stores advertisements....STAY AWAY!
