Hercules Ultra II monitor problems

I just installed a Herc Ultra II on Me. When in Windows, no problem. Whenever I install and run a game, it goes scrambled (all screwy and I can vaguely see about 5 copies of what's running on the screen). What am I missing?

Make sure you removed ALL old drivers and the settings in the Windows Start Up folder. Also remove the Windows INF file for your old card. Now reinstall Direct X. If you are running a Athlon CPU download and install Windows ME update for Athlon/Geforce systems.

This is actually a clean install. I just put the system together, so I don't have any conflicting drivers. I am running an Athlon. Where do you get the Athlon/GeForce Me download you mentioned? Everything else seems to be on the level...
