ATI All-in-Wonder

I recently posted (and since deleted) a query about bluescreening in a brand-new system with a Matsonic MS8107C slot A, VIA Apollo KX133 mainboard (Award BIOS v.6) w/256 of RAM and a ATI All-in-Wonder 128 PRO, 32mb. I just updated the system to Win98SE and that seems to have fixed 98% of the problems - but now it BSOD's when changing color depth, with a message along the lines of "An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C14E96C3 in VxD DRVWPPQT(01) + 0002F9F3. This was called from 0028:C14F7BB3 in VxD DRVWQ117(01) + 0000E483" The location changes from time to time. Any idea why changing color depth from 256 colors to 16 million would cause a page fault 0E? System seems to work fine now so far, everywhere else.
TIA,
A. McCullough

do you have the most recent drivers for the videocard, and the via 4-1's? you may want to try the 'unsupported' ati drivers, that fixed all my problems with my aiw radeon on tbird 800/kt133
