Motherboard reading memory wrong

Hello,
the motherboard that i have is reading that my memory is running at 1333mhz but the ram's frequency should be 1600mhz
anyone know what wrong and how to fix it?

i have:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
motherboard: asus M5A97 PRO
ram: corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
corsair CMX4GX3M1A1600C9

total ram:12GB

SPD Speed 1333MHz
Tested Speed 1600Mhz

The motherboard uses the SPD Speed by default. You can up the timings/frequency in BIOS without issue
