S-video not working on Latitude C600

Hi Guys
I have a C600 running XP Pro Screen res 1024*768 32bit colour when I plug in
the TV I only get the image to display on screen for a few second on boot up
before it goes of I have tried dropping the resolution with no success any
ideas would be appreciated

Try another svid cable. I see this with one of my DVD players when
using the supplied cheap cable. A better quality cable solves the
problem.

I found you have to fiddle with the display settings. From the control
panel, go to dispaly, click the "settings" tab, then the "advanced
button", then the "displays" tab. If the TV out is not plugged in the
top left corner of the TV icon will be red.

I have the same problem... I have a C600 and I can't connect it to my TV. I don't think the problem is the cable because the image appears on TV for almost 30 secs. It's problably the settings, but there is no tv out setting we can change....
If someone can help I would appreciate it!

Has anyone had any luck with this? I have the same issue and cant find anything. I went to Dell and they only have drivers for Windows 2000, no XP. Thanks.
