There's no such animal as a Budweiser-Root beer Tapper. You've either got a
Budweiser Tapper OR a Root Beer Tapper. Upright Bud Tappers with standard
sideart in good condition sell for $800 to $1200 depending on the condition,
seller, and ability to ship. Color sideart Bud Tappers sell for a little
more. Root beer Tappers usually run around $600.

Thank you for the clarification.
The bezel and Marque say Root Beer, the color sideart is Budweiser

Post some pics of the cab. If you have a converted color Bud Tapper, it may
be worth your time to sell off the Root Beer parts and replace them with
Budweiser parts.
