Hello all. Well, I have a Missile Command Cabaret that has a GO7 13
inch monitor in it. Well, the neck board is cracked. I have two other
monitor chassis that are marked work/rebuilt on the box. They are also
G07 chassis. I tried them both, but it looks like the crt does not
light up. I'm so bummed. I checked voltage, and the connection going in
to the chassis reads 107 volts. Is that enough? Also I noticed that the
13 inch chassis neck board is a little different than the 19 inch , but
seems like only the part that connects to the crt tube. Can someone
PLEASE help me as I have waisted half the day yesterday in what I
thought would be a simple chassis swap. I will be very thankful for
any help here. Thx in advance. Bob

: Bobbys World Amus.

The 13 and 19" GO7 tubes have different pinouts on the neck socket, so
the neck boards are different. A 19" GO7 Chassis won't work on a 13".
Most importantly, the heater pins are in different places, so even if
one of the 19" chasses is good, you won't get neck glow on the 13" tube.
Just fixed the cracked neck board.

Hey Mark. Thanks alot for the reply and the help. Well, the neck board
is broken totally in half. Also the chassis doesn't look all that
healthy. I just bought this game from someone in Maine. (name not
mentioned as of yet), and was taken for a ride. Paid enough for it, and
the game has some problems to say the least. Can you please direct me
to where I can buy another chassis or complete monitor etc..... Or new
one? I will be putting this game in my gameroom with all my best games.
If someone is willing to trade for parts or another monitor, I
will be glad to do that or pay for used or new. Thx again for any help.
Regards, Bob

discuss my dismay on this thing.( I know there is nothing he can do for
me though I'm sure). I'm not into flaming anyone, however, it was
nothing like heading said. I might just call amusements plus or Betson
I guess and just buy a new 13inch monitor for this thing. I just hope I
can find a decent control panel sometime as this one had electrical
tape covering the entire edge of the control panel that had peeling
paint and rust underneath. AAAAAARRRRGGGGGGGGGGG...........Thx again,
Bob
