i restarted my PC today because it was getting a bit slugish (had been on for 2 weeks streight)... when it was booting back up, it seems to pause for about 2 min on a blank screen insted of showing the login screen... then i get this BSOD error

c0000006 the instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. the required data was not placed into memory because of an i/o error status of 0x%x.

Running windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.

It could be a bad driver. Have you recently installed any new hardware or updated any drivers?
