Asus Teardown

I am looking to take apart my keyboard to fix a somewhat broken fan (the ball bearing went so you can imagine how it sounds). I was looking at this article: http://www.tomshardware.com/mobile/20010202/l8400b-05.html. This is exactly how my notebook is laid out. The problem is how do you push aside the latches? What tool is being used there?

If I could just get this keyboard up I could use my laptop again and that would be a great time saver.
