Hello,
please a need drivers for the sound card cause my microphone is shut down

What kind of sound card is it, i.e. brand or who made the computer/model?

It would help to know the make and model, as well as the version of Win7 (32 or 64 bit).

I assume you already let Windows try to auto detect and install? If not, go to the device manager and right update the drive and let Windows try. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do it manually.
