Well, Andy has a review of the new 64meg GeForce 2 MX400 card: http://www2.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1453

Looks like all the press lied in saying it was going to have a 128bit DDR SDRAM interface- because it doesn't. The ONLY difference in the two chips is 25mhz. It actually performs slower than the original GF2 MX in half the tests. Oh well. I found it on Pricewatch.com for $105 though.

They won't boost the memory interface cos it would compete to closely with the 64MB GTS. There is hardly any benefit having an extra 32MB, because the MX simply doesn't have the memory bus width to cope with it, and probably never will. I think people would be better off buying a 32MB GTS (which isn't much more expensive).
