I’d say "yes", but it depends how you use it and how it’s
configured, if, for example, you use internet exlorer to visit every
web site on the plkent, install software and then let that do what it
wants to and use autoupdates, yes. But if how ever (like me) you take
control of windows (rathe then letting it control you) dont ever use
IE, use anti-spyware protection, when ever you install some thing you
configure it to not disturbe your system, and you disable every thing
you dont need and/or want (such as autoupdates) then no.
