Voodoo 2 won't run with Duron

Hi Folks,
I tried all the hacked official and reference drivers I can find and still my Voodoo 2 refuses to run.
Any ideas where to start to trouble shoot?

Little bit more information please, I have tried V2 with duron and it worked just fine....
