Hi, Every time I reboot it comes up to the administrator account, not my
account that is a computer administrator account. So in doing so, I've
installed all my personal stuff under that one. I want it to prompt me to
the welcome screen and don't want that account doing anything.. Help..

If you would like to use autologon to boot to the user:
How to turn on automatic logon in Windows XP

To have the Welcome screen during boot:
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users
log on or off.
Put a check next to Use the welcome screen, Click apply options and close out.
