Problems with dell inspiron laptop

I just got this laptop about 2 weeks ago, it is now not turning on unless it is plugged in to the charger (even when fully charged), is there anything i can do to get it to turn on without the charger?

Your can try to take the battery out and in again and check the contacts. I don't think that will fix it. Send it back for repair.

Send it back under warranty, you may as well let them sort the problem out. Or you may have to hold the power button down just a bit longer than you think on the laptop.
Anyway if its still not right simply do the first suggestion.
