I reformated my hd today and reinstalled all my software. I am using XP. I went and dl all updates, including sp1. Last thing I do is plug in my usb2.0 flash drive to dl my saved files back to hard drive. when i do so, i get a message stating that the usb mass storage device is a hi-speed usb device and will not function at reduced speed when plugged into a non-hi-speed port. There are no hi-speed usb host controllers installed on this computer. I did not have this problem when before I did the reformat. My mobo is an Asus P4PE. It has has usb2.0 support. I think it is a XP thing. HELP. Anything else you need to know?
