Which one?

HP Envy 6 15.6" i5-3317U/6GB/HD7670/500GB+32GB SSD W7HP = 630€

OR

ASUS N76VM 17.3"FHD/I5-3210/GT630/6/750/BR/W7HP = 799€

is the asus worth 150€ extra?

More about which
  1. help please
  2. I'd be happy with just the HP Envy. If you can check on top laptop reviews, it's #1 on the list on some.

However if you'd like a bigger screen then you will have to go with the extra 150.
  3. could you post some links here? im not very good finding reviews and whatnot..

and i was just wondering about he 150€ cause the asus has Full HD screen, little bit better cpu, bluray drive 250gb more size and ofc bigger screen and it weighs around 1 kg more but thats not a problem tho
  4. It really depends on your budget. If you can do 150 more, why not? You're right. Those are really great add-ons for the price difference.

Here's a link for some of laptop reviews that might be helpful.

  5. That's right. If you can spare 150 more, do the Asus. Most reviews give you the best value for the money.

probably going for the asus but just pointing that the envy 6 review that you linked is weaker than what i posted :)

    i5-3317U > i5 2467M

    6 Gb ram > RAM 4GB

    500 gb + 32 ssd > 500 gb

    HD 7670 2GB > hd 4000
  7. On this link you will see HP envy on the top of the list :

  8. Do you want a gaming build?

You can also look into Acer Aspire. Nice specs for the money.

well i would want a laptop that has enough hardware for gaming, the asus and the envy 6 laptop were both on sale

asus price is 799€ original 999€
hp envy 6 630€ original 700-1000€ ( depending on sites and models )
  11. Have you tried searching for their prices online? I'm really suspicious of Sales so I do a lot of research first. Since you're getting more on ASUS for 150, then it's a great catch.

In the end, it will still be your call though.

Whichever you decide to go with it will be good. Those are great specs.

    Cheers!
  12. well the sales are from a web store

ive found an other site which sells the excact same envy 6 for 720€ and another site that sells envy 6 with i-3 and hd 4000 980€ what a ripoff
  13. Good job on searching for the prices. Now you see where I'm coming from being suspicious on sales.

It's better if you search on their regular prices first so that you can be the judge if you are really getting a good deal.
  14. Also, make sure the website you're buying from is legit. If priced too low, or too high, that should tick off your alarm.

If it's too cheap that's too good to be true unless it is refurbished. Always check the details.
