Like Jose says, run it under "cmd". Click Start -> Run ->
'cmd' and then run 'ipconfig'. Or do Start -> Run -> 'cmd /k
ipconfig'.
The reason it flashes up is because it is not being run in a
shell (such as 'cmd') and so it terminates immediately
after the command runs.
