SMALL GREY BOX - Caps/Num/Scroll Lock

I’ve got a strange, annoying box in the bottom right of my screen,
which appears whenever i turn on an y of the LOCKS:

CAPS LOCK: ON
CAPS LOCK: OFF

etc...

how can i get rid of this problem? please somebody help me.

wrong help was help on the current page but that's OE's help.
Then Start-help-search "sticky" = no sticky
Then Start-help index-find "sticky" = Stickykeys

See its not hard to get right answer but misapply it.
And not even a blond. LoL

Curious. Sticky doesn't find nuffin but sticky keys (as two words) does.
