Hi, I'm new here.
I have an issue with MSN messenger (latest version), in that it's
always "on top" of the start bar, whether or not it is maximised.
This means that if I want to get to any other window, including a
conversation window within MSN, I can't just click on it, I have to
minimise MSN first... which is extremely irritating. It's only MSN that
does this... and it's only started happening recently although I have
had issues in the past.
I don't think it's explorer either, as the problem exists on aston
shell as well...
