While searching for a new monitor I came across this baby. An IBM 18.1" Flat Screen for under $1,000!!! This baby runs on a digital interface. But it seems to be to good to be true. Then link is http://www.lacc.com/lacc/cnet.html?kw=9519DW0 for the pricing and IBM's product info is http://www5.pc.ibm.com/us/products.nsf/$wwwPartNumLookup/_9519dw0 My question is WHY IS IT SO CHEAP? I am not up to snuff on LCD, is this a good bargain or would I be getting ripped off? Please check this out and get back to me.
Also this was on there sight, anyone want to share what it means?
-Monitors require to be attached to a system that provides VESA P&D timings; -A system mother board with P&D-A/D or P&D-D capability embedded; -A system unit with a PCI P&D-A/D or P&D-D Adapter; -A system unit with a AGP ATX P&D-A/D or P&D-D Adapter; -A system unit with a AGP NLX P&D-A/D or P&D-D Adapter; -Adapters suitable for attachment may be purchased from IBM
Thanks
