Crashed during a restore

Hello,my Toshiba satellite p205d-s802 is not loading past boot menu I was doing a restore to previous versions when I tripped on the power cord and disconnected the power now it will not load windows vista I tried computer repair and also system restore in the advanced menu and it says root cause found: Unsp file system resource manager is not started or was shut down do to error(0x80071A91). P.S I replaced with a new battery so that is fixed now.

Your only option may be to run the Toshiba Recovery at boot time which re-installs a fresh copy of Windows as it was when it left the factory. Bear in mind that factory recovery will wipe all existing data from the drive, but if you've been sensible and backed up your data routinely, that should not matter.
