Tha may or may not be a problem. Most use the VIA MVP3 chipset which has been known to have problems with any nVidia cards from the TNT2U up. But it might work. Other than that, early AGP motherboards did not supply enough current to run some video cards, so that may or may not be a problem as well. I would stick with a Radeon card at the most for it, as I believe these use less power from the slot.
