Well my friend is having problems with his computer where periodically his computer lags, and its related to his network card, any ideas what it could be? I'm thinking it might have to do with the network card renewing itself or something along those lines. How would i go about fixing this? I remember having a very simaler problem myself about 8yrs ago, but cant remember how i fixed it. Anyway, thanks

no, he didnt always have this problem he said it just started up one day.
