Just a heads up to anyone buying on ebay from this guy in Florida. I won
an AfterBurner CPU board from him months ago. I asked specifically to place
padding between the boards and the card cage to protect them. He ignored me
and put no padding inside. The boards broke loose from the stand-offs and
got damaged by bouncing around in the card cage. I sent him several emails
proclaiming my disappointment and asking to either return them or give me a
partial refund. He never replied. So after 3 months I finally give up trying
to contact him and I left negative feedback. He retaliates by leaving
negative feedback for me and telling complete lies about me returning a
different PCB set to him. I returned nothing because he never answered any
of my emails.
If you are buying from this person, be warned that he will ignore your
requests, ignore your emails and tell complete lies in leaving feedback on
your account.

One more thing. You can respond to his negative feedback so that anyone
looking at it sees your response too..

Yes, I remember seeing his stuff. He even mis-represents what he has. He's
selling dime a dozen Williams vid power supplies as pinball boards:
