Which laptop is better for gaming?

Which laptop is better out of these 2?

1:
i3 2367M
GT620m
4gb ram

2:
A6-3420M
HD6520g + HD 7450m
4GB ram

I want to play minecraft at high settings with atleast 30fps.
And i want to play skyrim on mixed medium low.
