Purchased a new laptop that came with XP Home. I have XP Pro on old laptop
and want to exchange the two. Put Pro on new laptop...put Home on old laptop.
Is this possible? I do not have a CD for my Pro it came already installed. Is
there a way to move?

Provided that the upgrade version detects the OEM installation of XP
Home. Usually it will, sometimes it will not. But it almost certainly
will not accept the OEM XPH cd as qualifying media for the upgrade
version of XP Pro.

No. The license for your preinstalled OEM version is
tied forever to your new laptop and will not activate
on a different computer. You'll need to purchase a
"Retail Upgrade Version" of Windows XP Pro in order
to upgrade your OEM version of Windows XP Home.
