Does anyone know if they make these for Pac cabs as well as Ms Pac
cabs?

No difference as far as I know. Pac and Ms. Pac cabs are very similar.

I have a pac cab and a ms pac cab, the panels are different shapes,
anyone know if one will fit the other?

How are they different? I only own a Pac, and I was unaware of any
difference. They certainly look the same to me.
