hi problem with IIS on XP

I have a small problem associated with IIS.

I have some 2-3 web sites on my PC. I want to set their security... and so
on .
whenever I open Inetmgr .. and click on default web site to expand. and
after that ..

if I right click any site for viewing properties and help .. xp does not
show me any thing .

can some one tell me how to make this enabled.

This is happend when I installed 2003 studio on my PC
