Here what I have

Amd Athlon Cassic 700mhzs with 768 megs of ram and my os system is Windows xp. So I can use all my ram If need be.
ATI TV Card
Dual monitors
Dual cdroms
Dual hard drives
Cable modem
56k modem
Sound Blaster Live
I have two video cards
a pci Diamond Stealth 4 megs 14 inch Monitor. webpages
and a agp Rage Fury Pro 32 Megs 21 inch Monitor. Games

How much power do I lose for game play Lets say Descent 3. And use the Website at the same time?

That is a lot of equipment, for one computer. If I were you, I would sell the two boards and go for one ATI Radeon Dual Display. The speed will increase as the system bus will not have to transport so much info, you could probably get away with it if you had a Dual Processor, but for your case, it would be better to have the one Video card solution. I have tried the Radeon on both types of applications (Games and Internet), it does a good job, and you won't have to worry if you decide to use the 14" for something other than Internet. Also, why do you have a 56K and a cable modem at the same time, I can't imagine using them both in one config.

If it works for you then don't fix it.
