Ghosting problem on GeForce 256

I suddenly started experiencing some extreme horizontal ghosting with my GeForce 256. This only occurs in Windows and not in DOS mode or in a game. I've tried installing the latest drivers for the card, but that didn't change anything. I also noticed that when I switched the Windows driver to a Standard PCI Adapter (VGA) it displayed the same ghosting. Does this sound like something is toasted on the video card?

I am going to try reseating the card later on tonight.

No, I am running a pretty standard setup, which has been working for about a year. No overclocking.

If the direct link doesn't work use the main link and use your browser's search function. (Both links are slow if you don't have broadband. I don't).
