WHen I turn on my computer it wants me to install that driver but it
needs a cd and I dont have one. And without this driver I have no
sound. I have tried updating and everything and I cant get anything to
work. Can someone pelase help me?

If you can identify your sound card there is a high probability that
you can find a driver somewhere on the internet. e.g.
