HP Envy Sleekbook 6z-1100

I am looking for a budget gaming/student laptop. I found this for $499 and was wondering if its any good. I would probably figure on upgrade for 100 to the a10. Is this worth it. Will I be able to play games fine? Are there better options in this budget area for what I'm looking for. Thanks for responses in advance. :)
