Any suggestions as to how I can get it downloaded. Server not found.
I also cannot get in and change the internet section in the dropdown. It
keeps saying that I don't have authorization and need to contact the
administor. I am the administor. Some funky program/application has taken
over and I can't find it to remove it in add/remove. It is hidden and I
don't know what I am doing.0

You cannot easily remove Internet Explorer from Windows XP.
Maybe access was removed in Add or Remove Programs.
Try this.
Open Add or Remove Programs...
Start | Run | Type: appwiz.cpl | OK |
Add/Remove Windows Components | Scroll down to
Internet Explorer and place a check in the box | Next button |
Finish button
