Admin account change from Administrator to Standard User

I have windows 7 professional, and all administators local account change from Administrator to Standard User and I can not revers the change. The antivirus is on place and up to day. Plese help me.

Thank you for your quick answer. The workstation is in a workgroup.
For some reasons the system is been corrupted, and I do not have any account with admin right including the admin hidden account.

In the log in section that is where you gave your username and password press ctrl+alt+del twice there it ask for username type administrator (no password) press enter..
