Greetings,

I've noticed this strange thing recently. Everytime I intall a program
on my computer, the installation process goes through normally and
installs all program shortcuts where specified. However, during that
process, the system also creates a shortcut at the root of the C Drive
(C:\).

Any solution or comment would be appreciated. Thank you.
