CoolBits Reg Tweak

Quick question for anyone that knows
I was using the 6.50 NVidia reference drivers and recently installed the 12.41 drivers... i had been using the Coolbits registry tweak with the following line added
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak]
"CoolBits"=dword:00000003

However this no longer seems to work in the 12.41 drivers
Does anyone know if i need different code or if it has simply been disabled in the driver set?

It's been disabled. But you can still use a program like NVMax to access the hardware settings in the driver.

You'll see the newest version under the Latest Downloads box on the left side of the page. It's a good program for adjusting the DirectX and OpenGL settings, too.
