If you mean a Windows domain, first question is what version of Windows 7 do you have? Only Professional versions can log on to domains. Also, the computer has to be joined to the domain first, which normally requires a domain administrator. If that's the situation you really should talk to your network admin.
But perhaps it some other sort of server, or even a web page that you are referring to. In that case, do you have a few more details?
