Can't preview jpeg and bitmap files in Windows Picture & Fax Viewer. I used
to be able to do this but now, when I double-click on a thumbnail, my screen
just blinks. When I manually select to open a file in Windows Picture & Fax
Viewer, the message "No preview available" is displayed. Inputs, anyone?

1. Start>Run
2. type in: regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
3. Press Enter
This should associate the jpeg files with the Picture and Fax Viewer.
