Does anyone here know of websites to download ringtones and wallpaers into
Nextel i830 phone?

I found a Yahoo Group for your phone

The Yahoo group I use for My LG Verizon phone has like 6000 members now and
tons of ringtones and wallpapers, as well as programs for direct connections
using data cables to my PC for transfering the ringtones and wallpaper.
