In 3dMark2001:
. . Change the frame buffer to 3 vice double.
. . Change the Z-Buffer depth to 24 vice 32.
. . Let me know what you get.

What operating system are you using?
How much memory do you have?
What driver are you using?
You know if you are running 4x AGP?
Which version of Directx are you using?

If you could, use PowerStrip 3, Adapter information and paste here the results. Could help in determining problem you are having. In the bios insure the AGP aperture size is set to at least 64megs.

In the Run command type in dxdiag.
On top go to the Display tab and report if all three DirectXFeatures are all enabled. (All three buttons should say Disable). Any greyed out? Also run Test DirectDraw and Test Direct3d

Please give as much information as you can about your system.

Well to eat your C   kie and have it too, gotta get Rade  n II
