Microsoft windows disabled CMD

Hello,
How can i fix this problem with win 7. It says "command prompt has been disabled by your administrator".

  1. Is this a private computer or a corporate one? (In other words, are you the Administator or is it some third party?)
  2. Download the killpol.exe application in this article. You can remove any Group Policies that a network admin put on your computer. I use it in my office every day when I work on PC's.

  3. Run an executable on my computer supplied by someone claiming that they can help you hack into your computer and bypass administrator restrictions? Hmm that sounds like a really good idea[/sarcasm].
