I'm currently running a PII 400/128M/30G machine with an Velocity 4400 and a Voodoo2 accelerator and I'm looking to juice it up some. I'm upping to 256M but am not sure whether I should get a new video card. Would a new card make much of a difference with my processor being a little slow(compared to newer ones). And the second part is if I do get a new card, what is the best I can get for around
$100-150. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

CPU first, you won't see much of an improvement in games but a half decent 3D card would be useless with that CPU.

Look at www.pricewatch.com, could get a GF2 Pro 64MB for 139$, just under 150$ with el-cheapo shipping.

Why the Voodoo accelerator? The 4400 is a TNT card, which should match or beet it in most games! I recommend overclocking the video card (free) and overclocking the processor (free).
