New 3dcard. help a lil bit

I cant get my geforce2mx-400 64mb working. What 3d card should i buy? my cpu is celeron 533mhz 425sdram. im thinkin of ati radeon 64mb, or geforce2 gts. what should i bought
give me some suggestions please.

Ummm, u can't "get it working"? Try plugging the monitor cable into the video card or try being more specific with your problem.
