It is spyware. AdAware SE 1.06 (http://www.lavasoft.com) should remove
it.

You can use Security Expert to kill it.Security Expert can help you
find the trojan,and easily delete it.

Run these malware cleaners:

1. Ad-Aware

2. SpyBot S&D
http://www.safer-networking.org

3. CWShredder
http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html

If that does not remove the Trojan, try Trend Micro's Sysclean.
